Eleazar Malave
Vice President of Global Finance
Eleazar A. Malave has more than 20 years of financial management and reporting experience and oversees the global financial and accounting operations for PIC Group and its foreign subsidiaries. As VP of Global Finance, he also serves as Treasurer and Secretary of the Corporation and serves on the company’s Compliance Committee. In his role, Eleazar has responsibility for supporting and advising the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors on all issues related to Finance and Accounting, as well as effectively managing the company’s working capital and financial resources to ensure PIC Group can meet customer expectations. As a proven strategic and operational business partner to the Executive Leadership Team, Eleazar helps grow the company’s financial performance and to create long-term value for the shareholders.
Eleazar holds a Master of Accountancy from Georgia State University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Economics from Mercer University, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Jose Maria Vargas University.

- Vice President Operational Finance & Corporate Accounting, Tegra Global
As Vice President of Operational Finance & Corporate Accounting, Eleazar was responsible for strategic and operational finance leadership for manufacturing locations in the USA, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Mexico, including financial reporting, cost accounting, FP&A, mergers & acquisitions, procurement, payroll, audit, taxes, and compliance.
- Divisional CFO – Global Plastics, Sonoco Products Company
As Divisional CFO, Eleazar was responsible for strategic and operational Leadership for the division with operations in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Europe, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, merger & acquisition activities, taxes, legal, SOX compliance, HR, and IT.
- Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer – Latin America and Global Building Divisions, Big Dutchman Group
As Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer, Eleazar was responsible for strategic and operational leadership for two divisions with operations in the USA, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Europe, and Asia in support of business activities and reporting obligations, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, merger & acquisition activities, taxes, legal compliance, HR, and IT.
- Vice President of Finance/CFO – Food Division Americas, Constantia Flexibles Group
As Vice President of Finance, Eleazar was a strategic partner to the divisional EVP/CEO and the senior leadership team in growing the business both organically and through acquisitions and managed the division’s financial operations.
- Regional Finance Director – Power Plant Services, Wood Group
As Regional Finance Director, Eleazar provided financial leadership and strategic direction for Latin America, Canada, and part of the USA to support the business activities and reporting obligations within the assigned regions, including FP&A, taxes, internal controls, and M&A.
