Michael Cox brings over 35 years of power generation, operations, and commercial experience to PIC Group. He served 5 years in the US Navy in the maintenance and repair department. His power generating experience spans over 30 years and includes increasing levels of responsibilities. Michael started his power career as a shift operator and progressed to lead a global O&M organization. Including 15 years with Worley developing strong customer relationships and exceeding year over year strategic growth targets.

- General Manager O&M Services, Worley
In his 15-year career with Worley, Michael maintained P&L responsibility for a growing a diverse global business unit supporting projects in the global fleet. He led project development and exceeding annual growth target while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Project Manager/O&M Services, Worley
Michael managed critical accounts for the O&M Services Division – responsible for customer relations and contract executions, safety performance. Provided insight and direction to site managers to maximize the contract support while providing superior plant operation and performance.
- Operations and Maintenance Manager, Wood Group
Michael led an O&M operating a 1250MW GE 7Fa class generation station. Duties include the recruitment and training of twenty technical employees. He was responsible for the development and executions budgets while meeting daily dispatch targets.
